Two main extension were designed for the Montenotte hotel , courtesy of PRC architects. There were two main extensions specified , one to the front and one to the rear of the development. Our main priority was to bolster the number of habitable bedrooms but also to do it in an efficient use of resources. The front extension consists of approximately 28 additional bedrooms with the rear extension consisting of approximately 38 units.
